LOVED our pontoon rental from PlayNorth Watersports!! The pontoon was in excellent condition. We also rented a lily pad attachment that was hours of fun for our 3 year old. The entire process was quick and easy and the owner was so accommodating and an absolute pleasure to work with. We’ll always rent from PlayNorth on our trips up to Lake Leelanau.

This company is awesome! Our neighbors rented a water trampoline from here and let us share it with them on the lake. Our kids had SO much fun! It was the highlight of our summer trip. They come out and set it up for you as well as disassemble. I highly recommend this company. Great customer service too.

We rented two wave runners from Alex when we stayed on Lake Leelanau. He was so helpful from our initial call/text, to coordinating pick-up at the closest boat lunch. He was great at explaining everything to our new riders. Our only mistake was not renting for the entire week. Thank you, Alex!

Everything from the booking, to communication, to ease of delivery and pick up was smooth. We booked last minute and so thankful this beautiful pontoon was available. All 10 of us plus our stuff and two dogs had space and we totally enjoyed our day on the lake. Alex was always in communication and we were well informed of the process. We asked for an extra hour and Alex was able to arrange for. Instructions for operation were perfect and it helped that my husband grew up with a boat and could drive, dock, and park. Loved our day. Would rent again in a heartbeat.

The best experience I have had with a boat rental in Northern Michigan. The 19 foot 4 Winns we rented was in excellent condition and very clean and the price was reasonable compared to others.
Alex was friendly and easy to deal with. He gave excellent instruction and was flexible in terms of drop-off and pick-up times.

We rented a Stand Up Paddle Board and a Kayak from PlayNorth Watersports to use for our week on Little Glen. Alex worked hard to get us the best deal. The communication was great! He texted about our preferred drop of and pick up times and let us know when they were on their way. The equipment was great. We loved having them for the week. We will definitely contact this company again!

We found Playnorth from another company that didn’t have a jet ski available the days we wanted. We will rent from PlayNorth again because of their excellent customer service. It was worth the extra delivery fee to the closest Long Lake boat launch. The owner was really friendly and helpful.

This was the last day of our week vacation and we decided to rent a Jet-Ski. The service was outstanding and the pricing is very reasonable. They went over everything about the jet-ski and made sure we were ready for some summer fun. We will be back next summer and renting again. Thank you!

I found PlayNorth Watersports through an online Google search, trying to find a Jet Ski or Sea Doo to rent for a few days while on Lake Leelanau and found PlayNorth’s website. I had the absolute best customer service from Alex that I could have received, start to finish. He was polite, helpful, accommodating, flexible, and made the whole experience super easy and pleasant. The 3-person Yamaha wave runner he rented us was fantastic as well. Five star experience!

Wow! This company exceeded our expectations! They met us when and where they promised, the wave runnners we rented were in excellent working condition and I didn’t feel like they were hiding anything. Very safety minded and thorough on our lesson before we headed out and did an over-all great job. We would rent here again!!!

Don’t bother with any other company. PlayNorth Watersports is the only one you need. Absolutely the best customer service. Rented 2 Wave Runners for 3 days. Kids and grandkids had a blast.
